Rental Fees effective 1/1/2010
The maximum number of invitees for any rental is 120.

Parties and Meetings such as Senior Citizen and Service Clubs, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Family Gatherings, Reunions, etc. PLEASE SEE NOTE BELOW

26-100 invited- $100.00
101-120 (maximum) invited- $125.00
•Business Meeting, etc------$110.00 plus $2.00 per person over 20 persons (Clubhouse Only)
•Educational Activities Youth Or Adult—non-profit group-----$1.25/ person (Clubhouse Only)
•Educational Activities Youth Or Adult—for-profit group-----$5.50/person (Clubhouse Only)
•**All Wedding Receptions, -----$350.00 (Clubhouse and Pavilion)
•**Wedding Reception Bundle (Friday and Saturday) -----$425.00
•**Large Class Reunions (over 100 invited attendees)-----$350.00 (Clubhouse and Pavilion)
•Large Pavilion Only Rental-----$50.00
•Gas fireplace in Clubhouse rental---- $25.00
NOTE: The fee for advanced bookings for Saturdays in the months of May thru September is $350.00 (If the event is booked after March 1st of the current year, you will be charged the regular price) This applies to all types of events regardless of the number of invitees.
Example: You call in November 2009 to book a shower on a Saturday in June, 2010. The price will be $350.00. If you call on March 15th,2010 to book a shower with 50 invitees in June,2010, the price will be $100.00. The availability of dates is usually very limited less than 6 months in advance.
**All Wedding Receptions, Large Class Reunions (over 100 invited attendees) ----------- A uniformed security observer (Fire Policeman) must be employed for the duration of the event and you will be charged by the observer, $10.00/hr. (Rate subject to change)
A security deposit equal to the rental fee is required.
Rental privileges apply only to the buildings being rented. Please be mindful that the Park will remain open to the general public during your event.
