Rental Fees effective 1/1/2012
The maximum number of invitees for any rental is 120.

1-100 invited- $100.00
101-120 (maximum) invited- $125.00

•Educational Activities Youth Or Adult—non-profit group-----$1.25/ person (Clubhouse Only)
•Educational Activities Youth Or Adult—for-profit group-----$5.50/person (Clubhouse Only)
•**All Weddings and/or Receptions, -----$500.00 (Clubhouse and Pavilion)
•**Wedding Reception Bundle (12 hours combined rental time over 2 days-
Friday and Saturday typically) -----$550.00
•**Large Class Reunions (over 100 invited attendees)-----$350.00 (Clubhouse and Pavilion)
•Large Pavilion Only Rental-----$50.00 -Picnic table seating for 70.
•Small Waterfall Lot Pavilion Rental-----$15.00 (seats 40)
•Gas fireplace in Clubhouse rental---- $25.00
•6 burner Commercial Gas grill -----$40.00
NOTE: The fee for Clubhouse bookings in Saturdays in the months of April thru October is $350.00 This applies to all types of events except weddings, regardless of the number of invitees.
**All Large Class Reunions (over 100 invited attendees) and All Weddings of any size ----------- A security officer must be employed for the duration of the event and you will be charged by the officer, $10.00/hr. (Rate subject to change)
A security deposit equal to the rental fee is required.
Rental privileges apply only to the buildings being rented. Please be mindful that the Park will remain open to the general public during your event.
Rental hours
Clubhouse--A typical rental is up to six contiguous hours which includes setup and cleanup. The times are of your choosing (within reason) except the event must be over at 11:00 PM at the latest.
Pavilions -- A typical rental is up to six daylight hours which varies with the season.
